The Lyndoch Motel, formerly Lyndoch Hill, sits on the hill at 1221 Barossa Valley Way on the southern edge of the Barossa. Its gardens hold more than 30,000 roses, at their best through spring and early summer. Edo Cucina, the on-site Italian restaurant, opens for dinner Wednesday to Saturday and lunch Friday and Saturday.
